(NYSE:CTRE) today reported operating results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2025, as well as other recent events.For the full year 2025, CareTrust reported:Net income attributable to CareTrust of $320.5 million and net income per diluted weighted average share of $1.57, an increase of $0.77, or 96%, over the prior year;Normalized FFO attributable to CareTrust of $359.7 million and Normalized FFO per diluted weighted average share of $1.76, an increase of $0.26, or 17% over the prior year;Normalized FAD attributable to CareTrust of $360.0 million and Normalized FAD per diluted weighted average share of $1.76, an increase of $0.22, or 14%, over the prior year;$1.8 billion of investment activity closed at a blended stabilized yield of 8.6%; and$1.1 billion of gross proceeds raised through equity issuances, not including gross proceeds of $242.5 m
