NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Curbline Properties Corp. (NYSE: CURB) (the “Company” or “Curbline”) announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock, all of which are being offered in connection with the forward sale agreements described below. The aggregate gross proceeds to the Company from the offering, before deducting estimated offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $204 million.
