Sharon Wienbar Nominated to Board of Directors PORTLAND, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Covetrus™ (NASDAQ:CVET), a global leader in animal-health technology and services, today announced that David E. Shaw has informed the company that he will not stand for re-election at the company’s annual meeting of stockholders to be held in May 2020.
