the Company's subsidiaries prepaid $75 million in principal of the senior secured term loan facility (the "Term Loan") on December 31, 2025. The total outstanding principal on the Term Loan is now approximately $165 million. CVR Energy also announced its preliminary capital spending estimates for 2026 of $200 million to $240 million on a consolidated basis.
