INDEPENDENCE, Ohio, April 14, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Covia (NYSE:CVIA) announced that, on April 8, 2020, it received notification from the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) that the Company is no longer in compliance with NYSE continued listing standards, which require listed companies to maintain an average closing share price of $1.00 over a consecutive 30 trading-day period. In accordance with NYSE rules, Covia has six months from receipt of the notice to regain compliance with the NYSE’s minimum share price requirement. Covia may regain compliance at any time during the cure period if (i) on the last trading day of any calendar month during the cure period, its common stock has a closing share price of at least $1.00 and (ii) an average closing share price of at least $1.00 over the 30 trading-day period ending on the last trading day of that month.
