Oregon Representative McLain Leads Effort To Modernize Car Buying Process PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Legislation signed into law by Oregon Governor Tina Koteck will result in the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) adopting rules that permit the use of electronic services in vehicle ownership.
