Michigan's second suspected case of measles in 2026 was reported March 12 in Washtenaw County. It is linked to a case reported a day earlier. County health officials are reporting two new exposure sites at Briarwood Mall in Ann Arbor and a fitness center in Ypsilanti. Measles is an extremely contagious virus and anyone who may have been exposed is asked to monitor for symptoms for 21 days.
