Cushman & Wakefield arranged both the sale to Kurv Industrial and financing from CIBC. The portfolio, known as Kurv Meadowlands, includes properties at 194 and 320 Veterans Blvd. and 599 Gotham Parkway in Carlstadt, plus 25 E. Union Ave. in East Rutherford. JP Morgan Asset Management sold the buildings, which total 256,381 square feet. The properties feature flexible warehouse configurations with limited office buildout and clear heights ranging from 16 to 27 feet. Cushman & Wakefield's Debt & Structured Finance team of John Alascio, Chuck Kohaut and TJ Sullivan represented Kurv Industrial, formerly known as Bridge Industrial, in securing the financing.
