(NASDAQ: CWST), a regional solid waste, recycling and resource management services company, today reported its financial results for the three and twelve-month periods ended December 31, 2025. Key Highlights: Revenues were $469.1 million for the quarter, up $41.6 million, or up 9.7%, from the same period in 2024. Revenues were $1.837 billion for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 (“fiscal year 2025”), up $279.6 million, or up 18.0% from the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 (“fiscal year 2024”).Solid waste pricing for fiscal year 2025 was up 4.9% from fiscal year 2024, driven by 5.0% collection price growth and 4.9% disposal price growth.Net (loss) income was $(2.5) million for the quarter, down $(7.4) million, as compared to $4.9 million for the same period in 2024.
