(NYSE: CXT) ("Crane NXT" or the "Company"), a premier industrial technology company, today announced the completion of its acquisition of approximately 32% of Antares Vision S.p.A. (“Antares Vision”) on a fully diluted basis from Regolo S.p.A. (“Regolo”) and Sargas S.r.L (“Sargas”). This milestone marks the first phase of Crane NXT’s acquisition of Antares Vision. Under the terms of the definitive agreements, Crane NXT purchased this initial stake in Antares Vision at a price of €5.00 per share for a total consideration of approximately €117 million.
