MONT-SAINT-GUIBERT, Belgium--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News:Celyad (Euronext Brussels and Paris, and Nasdaq: CYAD), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of CAR-T cell therapies, announced today that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, up to 2,000,000 ordinary shares in a global offering, which is comprised of an offer of ordinary shares in the form of American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) in the United States, Canada and certain countries outside of Europe (the “U.S. offering”), and an offer of ordinary shares in Europe and certain countries outside of the United States and Canada in a concurrent private placement (the “European private placement” and, together with the U.S. offering, the “global offering”). Investors other than qualified investors under applicable law will not be eligible to participate in the ordinary share private placement.
