MONT-SAINT-GUIBERT, Belgium, April 22, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Celyad (Euronext Brussels and Paris, and Nasdaq: CYAD), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of CAR-T cell-based therapies, today announced the decision to host its 2020 Ordinary General Meeting remotely on May 5, 2020 and to postpone its Extraordinary General Meeting to June 8, 2020 from May 5, 2020.
