(the “Company”) (NYSE: CYH) today announced a change in the location of its annual meeting of stockholders for 2020 (the “Annual Meeting”) from in-person to a virtual-only format. In light of the recommendations to limit large group gatherings from each of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization and to support the health and well-being of its stockholders, employees and community due to the evolving impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Company will hold its Annual Meeting in a virtual meeting format only, via live webcast.
