15, 2025, its wholly owned subsidiary, CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc., completed the redemption of (i) all $13,749,000 in outstanding principal amount of its 5.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 and (ii) $222,500,000 in outstanding principal amount of its 10.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2032 (the "2032 Notes"). As of the date hereof and after giving effect to the foregoing redemption, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the 2032 Notes is $2,002,500,000. About Community Health Systems, Inc.
