ACACIA-HCM , the phase 3 trial of aficamten in non-obstructive HCM, is a major near-term catalyst with results expected in Q2; management says nHCM is roughly the same size as oHCM, has no approved therapies, and an initial qualitative release will precede full data presentation at a medical meeting.
