MANSFIELD, Pa., Oct. 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Citizens Financial Services, Inc (Nasdaq: CZFS), parent company of First Citizens Community Bank (the "Bank"), released today its unaudited consolidated financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025. Highlights Net income for the first nine months of 2025 was $26,089,000, which was $6,254,000, or 31.5% more than 2024's net income through September 30, 2024 due to the increase in net interest income after the provision for credit losses of $8,920,000. The effective tax rate for the first nine months of 2025 was 18.9% compared to 17.8% in the comparable period in 2024.
