(the “Bank” or “CCFBank”), today reported earnings of $4.3 million and earnings per diluted share of $0.44 for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025, compared to $3.7 million and earnings per diluted share of $0.37 for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, and $2.7 million and $0.27 earnings per diluted share for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, respectively.
