A Delta from Houston to Atlanta on Feb. 18 had to turn around after an "unruly" passenger disrupted the trip, airline officials said. Delta told USA TODAY in an email on Feb. 18 that the flight, with 85 passengers onboard, took off from Houston's Hobby International Airport at around 5:25 a.m. local time. Shortly after takeoff, Delta says a male passenger aboard the plane exhibited “unruly and unlawful behavior." Although from the passenger tried to breach the plane's cockpit mid-flight, Delta clarified in its statement that the man only approached customers and crew members. According to Delta, the flight was then diverted back to Houston and was met by Houston Police Department officers. “The safety of our customers and crew is paramount, and Delta has zero tolerance for unruly behavior.
