On Wednesday, Delta Air Lines reported that Flight 1323 on Monday was interrupted when a passenger did not comply with repeated crew instructions to end their phone call while the plane was taxiing out. The passenger reportedly became disruptive and the plane returned to the gate where they were removed from the aircraft. FOX 5 Atlanta identified the passenger as Shannon Marie Harris of Tyrone, GA. They also reported that she refused to get off the plane, leading to police arresting her and allegedly charging her with trespassing-related charges. "The safety of our customers and crew comes before all else, and Delta has zero tolerance for disruptive behavior," Delta said in an emailed statement. "We apologize to our customers for this experience and delay in their travels." Miami International Airport personnel deferred commenting on the issue to Delta and Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office.
