Another winter storm is expected to bring difficult travel conditions to much of the eastern seaboard this weekend, potentially ranging from Savannah, Georgia to Boston, Massachusetts. This comes on the heels of last weekend's winter storm Fern . More than 60 people died as a result of the snow and hundreds of thousands were left without power. Additionally, more than 4,000 flights were cancelled and nearly 10,000 were delayed as disruptions lingered through Jan . 28. But now airlines are bracing for the next storm. Some, like Delta American and United , are allowing people traveling to or from affected cities to change their flights without a fee.
