Quarterly Net Interest Margin Surpasses 3% And Is Anticipated to Increase Further in the Fourth Quarter Continued Strong Growth in Core Deposits and Business Loans HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Oct. 23, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: DCOM) (the “Company” or “Dime”), the parent company of Dime Community Bank (the “Bank”), today reported net income available to common stockholders of $25.8 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, or $0.59 per diluted common share, compared to $27.9 million, or $0.64 per diluted common share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 and net income available to common stockholders of $11.5 million, or $0.29 per diluted common share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. Adjusted net income available to common stockholders (non-GAAP) totaled $26.6 million (see “Non-GAAP Reconciliation” tables at the end of this news release) and adjusted EPS (non-GAAP) totaled $0.61 per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.
