NEW YORK, Sept. 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Delcath Systems, Inc. (OTCQB: DCTH), an interventional oncology company focused on the treatment of primary and metastatic liver cancers, reminds its shareholders of the expiration on Wednesday September 26, 2018. The subscription rights will be exercisable until 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on September 26, 2018, though most broker dealers will require holders of rights to exercise in advance of this date. Holders of rights should confirm deadlines with their brokers to subscribe in a timely manner. Under the terms of the rights offering, Delcath distributed, at no charge, non-transferable subscription rights to purchase 500 shares of its common stock to holders of record for each share of common stock held on the record date, and to holders of its warrants to purchase common stock. Each basic subscription right entitles the right holder of record to purchase 500 shares of common stock at the subscription price of $1.75 per share. Holders of
