(“Dragonfly Energy” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: DFLI), an industry leader in energy storage and battery technology, today announced that it has received a letter (the “Letter”) on October 20, 2025 from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) stating that the Company regained compliance with both the minimum bid price requirement in Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) (the “Minimum Bid Price Requirement”) and the minimum market value of listed securities requirement in Listing Rule 5550(b)(2) for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
