This news release constitutes a “designated news release” for the purposes of the Company’s prospectus supplement dated March 4, 2022 to its short form base shelf prospectus dated February 23, 2022. HOUSTON, Feb. 09, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Digihost Technology Inc. (“Digihost” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: DGHI; TSXV: DGHI), an innovative U.S. based blockchain technology and computer infrastructure company, announces the grant of a total of 1,080,000 restricted share units (the “RSUs”) to certain officers, directors, management, key consultants and employees of the Company in accordance with the Company’s restricted share unit plan. Each RSU entitles the holder to acquire one subordinate voting share of the Company on vesting. The RSUs will vest in three equal tranches, on February 9, 2025, 2026 and 2027.
