MINNEAPOLIS, February 04, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--Digi International Inc. ("Digi" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: DGII), a leading global provider of business and mission-critical Internet of Things ("IoT") products, services and solutions, today announced its financial results for its first fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2025. First Fiscal Quarter 2026 Results Compared to First Fiscal Quarter 2025 Results Revenue was $122 million, an increase of 18%. Gross profit margin was 62.4%, an increase of 40 basis points. Operating margin was 13.3%, an increase of 40 basis points. Net income was $12 million, an increase of 16%. Net income per diluted share was $0.31, an increase of 15%. Adjusted net income was $21 million, an increase of 27%. Effective in the first fiscal quarter 2026, the Company has updated its calculation of adjusted net income and adjusted net income per share to include interest expense.
