In the third quarter of 2025, the Harbor Small/Mid Cap Core returned 5.67% (NAV), underperforming its benchmark, the Russell 2500® Index, which returned 9.00%. Performance was impacted in part by underweights to Health Care and Utilities, two of the top three performing sectors in the benchmark. We believe one of the more significant structural headwinds was the portfolio's underweight to Non-earners, which represented roughly 17% of the index.
