Investment in innovation drove about 25% year-over-year growth in new product revenue , with notable launches in bioprocessing (Cytiva), life sciences (SCIEX ZenoTOF 8600) and diagnostics (Cepheid Xpert GI, Beckman assay expansions); management now models roughly $1.8 billion of respiratory revenue for 2026 in a typical season. For 2026 Danaher guided 3%–6% core revenue growth and adjusted EPS of $8.35–$8.50, expects high-single-digit bioprocessing growth and ~28.5% adjusted operating margin in Q1, and said about $0.30 of EPS upside stems from ~$250 million of 2025 cost actions while M&A conditions improve.
