The 55-year-old was named the Chief Executive Officer of The Walt Disney Company on Feb. 3, succeeding longtime head Bob Iger following a two-year search for his replacement. And with his promotion, D'Amaro—who has been with the company for 28 year, working largely in the theme park division—will also see his yearly base salary increased to $2.5 million, according to multiple outlets What's more, he is eligible for an annual, performance-based bonus with a target equal to 250 percent of his base salary, per reports. For every fiscal year as CEO, D'Amaro will also be given a long-term stock incentive of $26.2 million, as well as a one-time incentive award with a target value of $9.7 million tied to his promotion. As for Iger—who returned to the CEO post after initially stepping down in 2020—he will officially vacate his post on March 18.
