I've seen this firsthand in the film industry, where storytelling is extremely important. A good story can leverage poor cinematography in a movie and still make an impact, but great cinematography will never improve a bad story. The Importance Of Good Storytelling In Film Those of us who are in film, music and other similar industries know that our goal is to entertain—to sell something engaging that comes to life in the eyes of an audience. We also know art is a delicate craft that involves hours and hours of mastering, proof and daily trial and error.
