NFL warns prediction markets like Kalshi about 'integrity' of NFL Draft [USA TODAY]

That's something the league is confronting ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft given the prevalence and growth of prediction markets in the United States amid companies' legal battles. The two most popular prediction markets in the United States, Kalshi and Polymarket , have scores of markets related to the draft, which begins Thursday, April 23. Under the Pro Football Draft tab on its website, Kalshi lists 127 different markets , from head-to-head matchups (who will be picked first between edge rushers Arvell Reese and David Bailey?) to the number of players at a certain position taken in the first round. These markets are ripe for integrity and insider trading concerns, despite assurances from the companies who will likely take their fight to be legal in all 50 states all the way to the Supreme Court in the coming years.
