SAN DIEGO, March 31, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Shareholder Rights Law Firm Johnson Fistel, LLP, is investigating potential claims against Delphi Technologies PLC ("Delphi" or the "Company") (NYSE: DLPH) for violations of federal securities laws. On March 31, 2020, Delphi announced that it received notice from BorgWarner regarding the Company's decision to draw on its credit facility. Borg Warner claims that Delphi's decision to draw on its credit facility represents a material breach of the buyout agreement announced earlier this year.
