(NASDAQ: DLPN), a publicly-traded independent producer of premium feature films and digital content, and parent company of 42West, one of the largest public relations and marketing services firms in the entertainment industry, announced today a proposed underwritten public offering of its common stock. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.Maxim Group LLC is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering.
