from Equal Weight as multiple catalysts, from accelerating leasing volume to upside to the company's full-year guidance, are seen supporting the stock. On the leasing outlook, analyst Eric Luebchow expects Digital Realty ( DLR ) to boost volumes this year, modeling more than $600M. The company has over 300 megawatts of "sellable capacity where market vacancy rates are ~5% or lower (50% lower than historical avg) which could ultimately generate nearly $700MM of incremental rent," he wrote in a note. What's more, the analyst added, DLR has the ability to accelerate its FFO per share growth in 2025 and beyond, with accretion from development commencements as well as the Blackstone ( BX development joint venture Luebchow's Overweight rate disagrees with the SA Quant system rating of Hold and aligns with the average Wall Street analyst rating of Buy.
