(dba, Duluth Trading Company) (“Duluth Trading” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: DLTH), a lifestyle brand of men's and women's workwear, casual wear, outdoor apparel and accessories, today announced its financial results for the fiscal Third Quarter ended November 2, 2025. Summary of the Third Quarter ended November 2, 2025 Net loss reduced to $10.1 million compared to net loss of $28.2 million in the prior year Third Quarter. Reported EPS loss of $0.29; and adjusted EPS loss of $0.23 adjusted for tax valuation allowance of $2.0 million. Adjusted EBITDA increased $5.5 million from the prior year to -$0.7 million.
