The strong oil sales volumes helped offset weaker oil prices and contributed to Dorchester's Q4 2025 distribution exceeding $0.75 per unit. Dorchester also announced a litigation settlement that should boost its Q2 2026 distribution by $0.31 to $0.32 per unit.
