LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--dMY Squared Technology Group, Inc. (“dMY Squared” or the “Company”) (NYSE American: “DMYY”, “DMYY.U” and “DMYY.WS”), today clarified the Company’s ability to extend the date by which the Company must consummate its initial business combination.As previously disclosed, the Company’s amended and restated articles of organization allow for up to 23 monthly extensions, each requiring the deposit of $50,000 into the Company’s trust account, potentially extending the deadline to December 29, 2025 (which may be further extended with shareholder approval). The extensions will provide the Company additional time to complete its previously-announced business combination with Horizon Quantum Computing Pte Ltd. (“Horizon Quantum”).
