VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 19, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —Foremost Clean Energy Ltd.NASDAQ: FMSTCSE: FATCompanyMeetingAll matters submitted to shareholders for approval at the Meeting were approved in accordance with management’s recommendations, including:(a) fixing the number of directors of the Company at six (6) and electing the following individuals to serve as directors until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are duly elected or appointed: Jason Barnard, Douglas L. Mason, Andrew Lyons, David Cates, Amanda Willett, and Peter Espig;(b) appointing Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year and authorizing the Board to fix the remuneration to be paid to the auditor; and(c) approving the Company’s amended and restated stock incentive plan.Additional information regarding each of the items approved at the Meeting is set out in the Company’s management information circular dated O
