PLANO, Texas, Aug. 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Denbury Resources Inc. (NYSE: DNR) (“Denbury” or the “Company”) today announced the commencement of a private offering (the “Offering”) of $400 million aggregate principal amount of new Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2024 (the “New Second Lien Notes”) to Eligible Holders (as defined below). The Offering is being made upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in a preliminary confidential offering memorandum. The covenants and priority of the New Second Lien Notes, along with the collateral securing the New Second Lien Notes, will be substantially similar to those of the Company’s existing second lien notes, and the New Second Lien Notes will become the Company’s general senior secured obligations, secured by second-priority liens on all the assets that secure the Company’s senior secured bank credit facility.
