(Nasdaq: DNTH), a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to advancing the next generation of antibody complement therapeutics to treat severe autoimmune diseases (“Dianthus” or the “Company”), today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $150 million of its shares of its common stock or, in lieu of common stock to certain investors that so choose, pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of its common stock. In addition, Dianthus expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $22.5 million of its shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
