The future custom build-to-suit 280,000-square-foot facility is expected to break ground in summer 2026 and open in spring 2027. The future building at 1528 Sparta Pike is just south of Interstate 40 at the Lebanon/Watertown exit. The new facility will use robotics and automation in a larger, advanced space, said Joint Economic & Community Development Board of Wilson County Executive Director Corey Johns. DENSO now leases space near the Couchville Pike interchange in Wilson County. All Wilson County DENSO employees will have the opportunity to transition to the new location in a phased timeline.
