Healthpeak Properties, Inc. DOC announced that its pure-play RIDEA-structured senior housing REIT, Janus Living, has launched its initial public offering (IPO) of 37,000,000 shares of its Class A-1 common stock. This IPO is pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-11 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The IPO price is expected to be between $18-$20 per share. Janus Living plans to offer underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 5,550,000 shares of its Class A-1 common stock to cover any overallotments. Its Class A-1 common stock will be approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “JAN,” subject to official notice of issuance. Janus Living plans to deploy the net proceeds received from this proposed offering toward acquisition and investment opportunities that meet its investment criteria, as well as for general corporate needs.
