PLANO, Texas, Feb. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Dogness (International) Corporation ("Dogness" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: DOGZ), a developer and manufacturer of a comprehensive line of Dogness-branded, OEM and private label pet products, today announced that its annual meeting of shareholders for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, will be held on March 27, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. China Time (9:00 p.m. Eastern Time on March 26, 2026). The meeting will be held at the Company's executive office at No. 16 N. Dongke Road, Tongsha Industrial Zone, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. The meeting will be held as a hybrid virtual and physical meeting.
