NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DPW Holdings, Inc. (NYSE. American: DPW), a diversified holding company (“DPW” or the “Company”), announced that Ault & Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation, has agreed to acquire a 19.9% ownership interest in its common stock at a price of $1.12 per share, or $0.01 higher than the closing price from Friday, December 20, 2019.Mr. Milton C.
