(“ATRM”). Digirad announced today preliminary guidance for 2020 and the primary tenets of its growth strategy. HoldCo has three divisions*: Healthcare Imaging (Digirad Health): designs, manufactures, and distributes diagnostic medical imaging products and offers mobile healthcare services and solutions to healthcare providers (hospitals and physicians)Building & Construction (ATRM): services residential and commercial construction projects by manufacturing modular housing units, structural wall panels, permanent wood foundation systems, and other engineered wood products, and supplies
