(NASDAQ: DRVN) (“Driven Brands” or the “Company”) today reported financial results for the second quarter ending June 28, 2025.For the second quarter, Driven Brands delivered revenue of $551.0 million, an increase of 6.2% versus the prior year. System-wide sales increased 3.1% to $1.6 billion, driven by a 1.7% increase in same store sales and 3.9% increase in store count versus the prior year.Net income from continuing operations was $11.8 million or $0.07 per diluted share versus net income from continuing operations of $37.2 million or $0.22 per diluted share in the prior year.
