New Executive Director Will Lead Firm’s Delta One Strategies NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Daiwa Capital Markets America Inc. is pleased to announce the strategic expansion of its Equity Finance Department with the addition of two key industry veterans. John Perlmutter has joined Daiwa as an Executive Director to lead the firm's revitalized Delta One strategies. Christopher Gillespie has joined as a Director on the firm’s Stock Finance desk to enhance Daiwa’s financing and hard-to-borrow capabilities.Mr. Perlmutter brings 30 years of trading experience to Daiwa. He most recently served at the National Bank of Canada.
