LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Distribution Solutions Group, Inc. (“DSG” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: DSGR) for violations of the securities laws.The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. DSG announced its Q4 and full year 2025 financial results on March 5, 2026. The Company’s CEO claimed it had "navigated challenging headwinds in 2025 . . . including those driven by fluid tariffs."
