(NYSE: DSS) (the “Company”), a multinational company operating across diverse industries including packaging, wealth management, and biohealth innovation, today announced that it has commenced a public offering to offer and sell shares of its Common Stock. All of the shares of Common Stock are being offered by the Company (the “Offering”). The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general corporate and working capital needs. The Company’s Common Stock is trading on the NYSE American LLC under the symbol “DSS”. The Offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the Offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the Offering.
