Financials, liquidity and deal activity: Q4 time-charter revenue and adjusted EBITDA fell year-over-year while full-year net income rose to $17.8 million; cash dropped to $122.3 million after a $103.5 million purchase of a 14.8% stake in Genco, $23 million of share buybacks and other uses, and the company reiterated its $20.60/share proposal to acquire the remainder of Genco and declared a $0.01 quarterly dividend.
