We can now remotely adjust our home thermostats or check our doorbell cameras from smartphone apps, control connected appliances or lighting systems with voice commands, and monitor our physical activity, sleep patterns or glucose levels with wearable trackers. But IoT also has a huge footprint in enterprise, with diverse, wide-ranging applications in industries including manufacturing, healthcare, retail and agriculture.
